What to know before making a transaction
Which deposit and withdrawal methods are available?
The system is being prepared for USDT on TRC20/BEP20 and Thai baht bank transfers. Each method opens after configuration and testing. Check availability and conditions in your account before sending funds.
How do service fees differ from transfer fees?
The administrator sets system service fees. Your sending exchange or wallet sets the outgoing transfer fee. The deposit provider may charge another fee. Read the details carefully; some net amounts are finalized after receipt is confirmed.
Are game credits added as soon as I pay?
Funds must be verified before game credits are transferred. A paid status may not yet mean that credits have reached the game. Follow both statuses in your account.
Can I change my linked wallet or bank account?
Linked payout details are locked. Check the network, account number and name before confirming. Contact the administrator if anything is incorrect before making a transaction.
